Web Applications Team Opportunities

Job Title: Applications Developer

About Peaches at Peach

Peach New Media is focused on one thing: empowering our clients to share their educational content with the world. Our Freestone™ Social Learning Management System powers professional education portals for 300+ organizations. Freestone™ delivers private online communities, webcasts, webinars, webcasts, on-demand videos, or any other type of rich media.

We’ve been around for 10 years, growing from two guys working in their basements, to now having 32 employees (aka Peaches) in two offices, Atlanta and Boston. We were webcasting before it was cool, and our focus remains on giving our clients the tools to reach billions of people with their education and training content.

About You, Future Peach

You pride yourself on two things:

1. The ability to get stuff done (GSD)
2. A passion for building web applications

You aren’t interested in building old-school desktop applications.

You prefer the web where the time it takes to develop and ship a new feature to clients is measured in days, not months.

You don’t want to sit at a desk quietly and do what you are told, you want to be on the front lines, learning new technologies, developing new ideas and working with a team to see them through to completion.

You want to make a difference in your company, yourself, and the world around you. You want to see and feel the effects of the difference…. and by the way, you understand the pressure that comes with the expectation that you WILL make a difference.
